A standard two-storey residential pad on a sloping Iluka block. The cut produced about 140m³ of spoil which was screened and re-used on site as bulk fill on the low side, saving a truck-out trip. Pad level was achieved in three passes and signed off by the engineer the same day the crew rolled off.
The job ran across five working days from clearing to final trim. Slab prep started the morning after handover.
