Every job starts with the cut and fill set out to engineer specification, with select fill brought in from the James Creek yard where a block needs building up. We handle bulk excavation, pad construction, layer-tested compaction, table drains and crossovers, and the final trim ready for the slab crew.
On flood-prone blocks we lift the finished floor level above the flood event while leaving a mowable batter on every side. On sloping blocks we set the access and the levels first, so the rest of the build runs to plan.
