A residential pad on a Yamba acreage block, sequenced as progress-payment stages so each milestone could be signed off before moving on. The job ran from initial set-out through to final ±5mm trim across about a fortnight on site, with material drops sequenced from the James Creek yard to keep the crew moving without rehandling.
The slab went on the morning after handover.
